Refund less 25% service fee available before any redraws or revisions are requested.

Refund is not available under any of the following conditions:

• If the client has decided to change the name of the company or what it does or simply decides to terminate our services with out giving sufficient notice (at least a week) or reason
• If several services are purchased together and the client decides to terminate the projects which have not started yet or the client does not give a valid reason for not liking the concepts
• If the client has already requested the final logo source files
• If the client has already communicated that the logo design is completed
• If the company is shut down
• If the client has decided to change the entire requirement project scope
• If the client has NOT communicated with us for more than 12 days
• Refunds are not available to design firms or others who order our service on behalf of some one else.
